This course, taught in English, aims to develop pragmatic, sociocultural, and linguistic competencies aligned with the CEFR (https://rm.coe.int/16802fc3a8) across the four language skills, through varied teaching methods in interactive lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. Activities include listening and reading comprehension, written production (essays, summaries, memos, internship reports), and oral production (presentations, group projects, improvisations, discussions, and debates), preparing students for professional English use while fostering critical thinking.

Internal assessment: Practical application of professional skills Minimum of 2 assessments per semester
External assessment: TOEIC (S8/S9)
