- Familiarization with a 3D modeling software dedicated to buildings (interface, basic tools, project organization).
- Importing or creating the floor plan: defining layout, levels, and main volumes.
- Modeling walls: walls, floors, roofs, openings; assigning materials and thermal properties.
- Defining thermal zones: segmenting spaces based on usage and thermal exchanges.
- Preparing the model for simulation: checking geometric consistency, closing volumes, exporting to a compatible format.
