  1. Introduction to design challenges: objectives, constraints, stakeholders, and contexts.
  1. Needs analysis: problem formulation, identification of uses and priorities.

  1. Argumentation and decision-making: justification of choices made and evaluation of alternatives.
  1. Reflective feedback: critical analysis of the design process and one’s own involvement.
