But du cours

Engineer’s life simulator. Students must demonstrate that they can not only solve a technical problem but also manage its resolution within constrained conditions (time, resources, team).

Acquis d'apprentissage visés

  • Project management mastery: ability to plan, lead, and monitor a project (defining a specifications document, managing a Gantt chart, identifying risks, and meeting deadlines).
  • Technical application: applying scientific and technical knowledge acquired in courses to design, model, or implement a concrete solution (prototype, software, technical study).
  • Teamwork and collaboration: demonstrating the ability to organize collectively, allocate tasks, manage group interactions, and work effectively in a team.
  • Autonomy and initiative: ability to research information, learn new tools, and make proactive decisions to overcome obstacles.
  • Professional communication: documenting the project (reports) and presenting work (oral defenses), justifying technical choices and the approach clearly and convincingly.

Programme

  1. Introduction to project management: specifications document, planning, Gantt chart, and risk management.
  1. Technical design and development: applying scientific knowledge and creating a prototype, model, or study.
  1. Teamwork organization: task allocation, coordination, progress checkpoints, and managing interactions.
  1. Autonomy and problem-solving: information research, tool mastery, technical choices, and reasoned decision-making.
  1. Writing and presentation: producing the report, preparing the oral defense, justifying choices, and showcasing the project.
