But du cours

Engineer’s life simulator. Students must demonstrate that they can not only solve a technical problem but also manage its resolution within constrained conditions (time, resources, team).

Acquis d'apprentissage visés

  • Project management skills: ability to plan, lead, and monitor a project (defining specifications, managing a Gantt chart, identifying risks, and meeting deadlines).
  • Technical application: applying scientific and technical knowledge acquired in courses to design, model, or implement a concrete solution (prototype, software, technical study).
  • Teamwork and collaboration: demonstrating the ability to organize collectively, distribute tasks, manage group interactions, and work effectively in a team.
  • Autonomy and initiative: ability to research information, learn new tools, and make decisions to overcome obstacles without passively waiting for solutions.
  • Professional communication: documenting the project (reports) and presenting the work (oral defenses), clearly and convincingly justifying technical choices and the approach.

Programme

  1. Introduction to project management: specifications, planning, Gantt chart, risk identification.
  1. Design and implementation: applying scientific and technical knowledge to develop a solution (prototype, model, study).
  1. Team organization: task distribution, coordination, managing interactions, and progress tracking.
  1. Autonomy and problem-solving: information research, tool mastery, decision-making, and adapting to obstacles.
  1. Documentation and presentation: writing a structured report and delivering an oral defense with justified technical choices.

Modalités d'évaluation
