- Introduction to embedded systems: definitions, characteristics, application domains and constraints (real-time, energy, reliability).
- Presentation of an embedded system architecture: microcontroller, memory, inputs/outputs, peripherals.
- Review and basic concepts of electronics: voltage, current, resistance, Ohm’s law, reading simple schematics.
- Discovery of a development board: programming environment and initial tests.
- Interfacing sensors and actuators: analog and digital measurements, control of LEDs, motors, buzzers.
- Embedded communication protocols: principles and implementation of
I2C,SPI, andUART.
- Introduction to wireless communication:
Bluetooth,Wi-Fi,LoRa.
- Synthesis mini-project: design, assembly and programming of an embedded system integrating sensors, communication and display.
