Programme
Thermal basics recap (thermal resistance, solar factor of opaque walls, solar factor of glazed walls) Regulations and labels applicable in the French overseas departments (DOM):
- RT2ADOM;
- The PERENE tool;
- CERQUAL DOM certification;
- ECODOM+ (French Guiana).
Various thermal labels in tropical environments:
- In France: CERQUAL, Certivea, BBC Effinergie, the HQE approach;
- Internationally: LEED, BREEAM, Green Star, NABERS, etc.;
- Presentation of Green Building Councils;
- Advantages and disadvantages of each label.
Modalités d'évaluation
1 case study grade. Assessment is based on case studies focusing on the analysis of a building’s compliance with various labels (PERENE/RT2ADOM/LEED or others). The required deliverable is an analysis report, supplemented by an oral presentation in English or French.
