Designing a secure information system architecture

Programme
A computer engineer, acting as a network architect, must design the information system for their company. They must maintain a core network infrastructure that enables different company sites to securely access resources and services hosted on-site and in the Cloud. Additionally, they will validate expected functionality and performance by conducting appropriate tests.
Note: This SAE may follow the one from semester S5, extended by implementing SI supervision and hosting services in the cloud.
Modalités d'évaluation
Skills will be assessed based on the deliverables provided, details of which will be communicated to students in advance.
Bibliographie
- A technical report covering the entire project.
- A 20-minute oral presentation to a jury, including a live demonstration.
The SAE will be assessed based on the following criteria, in addition to the technical aspects specified in the expected level description:
- Justification of solution and technology choices tailored to the client’s needs
- Analysis and performance measurement for continuous SI improvement
- Integration of fundamental security principles
- Documentation of the work carried out
- Robustness and scalability of the infrastructure to meet the client’s operational requirements
