Programme

You are a cybersecurity engineer tasked with raising awareness among your company’s staff about cyber risks. This initiative will be carried out in two phases: (1) Production of a video capsule, in French, demonstrating a data theft and/or an attack using phishing techniques and/or dedicated devices (e.g., infected USB drives), and presenting best practices for protection; (2) Scientific presentation, aimed at company managers, in English (since the target audience also includes overseas branches), on essential cybersecurity topics (Tor, Bitcoin, ransomware, etc.). These presentations will be based on reference articles in English.

Modalités d'évaluation

The skill will be assessed based on the deliverables provided, using a criterion-based grid presented to the engineering students in advance.

Task 1: Video capsule + tutorial to reproduce the demonstration Task 2: Summary of the article (in English) + slideshow and oral presentation (in English) In addition to the technical aspects specified in the expected level description, the SAE will be assessed based on the following criteria:

  • Compliance with national and international standards and legal frameworks
  • Continuous monitoring of scientific and technological developments
  • Communication with all involved parties, in writing and orally, in French and English
  • Continuous reduction of cyberattack risks and impacts
