Project 3 is an application dedicated to the supply chain management for sensitive dairy products. A focus will be made on the one hand on the insularity context by considering low accessibility issues, customs limitations and european standards; and on the other hand on food security constraints such as food defense and cold chain maintenance. This project will be performed in groups of students.
