Project 3 is an application dedicated to the supply chain management for sensitive dairy products. A focus will be made on the one hand on the insularity context by considering low accessibility issues, customs limitations and european standards; and on the other hand on food security constraints such as food defense and cold chain maintenance. This project will be performed in groups of students.

Over the courses, students will have to :

  • Consider the regulatory and

  • Propose flux analysis of the

  • schedules with mathematical tools ;

  • Determine lead time and plan
  • delivery dates

  • Manage inventory

All along the project, students will benefit from tutoring and courses on:
